Goats Cream – 500g
Caster Sugar -100g
Juice & Zest of 2 Un-waxed Lemons
1. Pour the Goats Cream into a heavy based saucepan and add the Sugar,
Lemon Juice and Zest.
2. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously until the Sugar has dissolved.
3. Reduce the heat and allow to gently bubble for 2 minutes.
4. Pour into small glasses or ramekins and chill for approx. 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
